That was “the” smoothest process I’ve ever experienced in having work done at my house. I called 3 other people, explained my patio floor and it’s peeling condition and asked if they could save the time and money and just give me a ballpark sq ft price but they had to come over. So I heard 3 sales pitches with all the prices about the same and I thought too high by many hundreds of dollars. Called Greg @ Garage Floors of SFL and left a message. He called me back later and asked what I had going on and the dimensions. He asked if I could send pictures so I sent him a video. He called me back with a price 30% cheaper than the other cheapest guy. He said he was busy and it would be about a week or so but I was glad because it gave me the time to get other patio things done before the new floor was finished. Greg and his partner, both men so friendly and polite showed up, on time and got to work. They ground the concrete floor down, vacuumed and put the 1st epoxy primer coat down , took a lunch break till the primer was dry then flaked and finish coated the floor with clear epoxy. I highly recommend these guys for your floor coating needs.
